FAQs
What is immersive theatre?
For this double bill of Smiley and Endless Second, you can choose immersive tickets or normal seated tickets. The immersive tickets transport you to the streets, bars, clubs and parks of London and Barcelona. You’ll be part of the ‘crowd’ without being in the spotlight. Close up to the actors, you will be guided during the performance by our crew to the best vantage point to see all the action. That could be sitting in a bar, getting down on the dancefloor or lying on a towel in the 'park'. If you prefer, you can book a seated ticket. On arrival you'll be allocated a seat in rows B, C or D. For safety reasons, you cannot swap from a seated ticket to an immersive ticket. There will also be an actual bar in the auditorium on the stage, so you can buy drinks there from 45 minutes before the show and during the interval. After the show, drinks will be served in the usual bar in the foyer.
Group Bookings - 10% off and no fees
For most shows a 10% discount is available for group bookings of 10 or more. In other words the 10th ticket is free! On these direct bookings you also avoid the bookings commission and fee to eventbrite! Please email customerservice@Qetc.nl with the date and time of show, number of tickets, first name, last name, your postcode and mobile number.

Catering
From 45 mintues before the show starts, the bar will be open in the auditorium. The CC Amstel bar, in the spacious foyer area, is only open after the show. Avoid queues and please order your post-show drinks before the show starts. Our Front of House staff will give you an order form. Hand in your form at the bar and pay before you enter the auditorium. Your drinks will be ready and waiting for you at the bar after the show.

Refunds & Date Changes
In general we are not able to refund tickets. However, if a performance is cancelled owing to a change in government regulations you will receive an automatic refund or be moved to a different performance. If you need to change when you want to attend, we always try to allocate tickets for another performance. This may have to be for a different future show. If you have already booked and decide yourself that you want to change the show you are attending, there will be a 2 euro charge per ticket for this, to cover our administration costs. If you choose to attend a cheaper show, we regret that we do not refund the difference owing to the extra administrative costs incurred. Please email us at customerservice@Qetc.nl.
