What is immersive theatre?

Created with Sketch.

For this double bill of Smiley and Endless Second, you can choose immersive tickets or normal seated tickets. The immersive tickets transport you to the streets, bars, clubs and parks of London and Barcelona. You’ll be part of the ‘crowd’ without being in the spotlight. Close up to the actors, you will be guided during the performance by our crew to the best vantage point to see all the action. That could be sitting in a bar, getting down on the dancefloor or lying on a towel in the 'park'. If you prefer, you can book a seated ticket. On arrival you'll be allocated a seat in rows B, C or D. For safety reasons, you cannot swap from a seated ticket to an immersive ticket. There will also be an actual bar in the auditorium on the stage, so you can buy drinks there from 45 minutes before the show and during the interval. After the show, drinks will be served in the usual bar in the foyer.

Where are my tickets?

Your tickets were sent to you in the email you received straight after booking and payment. Normally these are in an attachment at the bottom of the email. You can bring these on your phone or print them out.  If you are not sure of your seat numbers, you can ask this when you arrive. You will need to give the name and email address you used when booking. If this does not answer your question please email [email protected]

Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Date Changes

Created with Sketch.

For any performance we are not able to guarantee the appearance of a specific performer. In general we are not able to refund tickets. However, if a performance is cancelled owing to a change in government regulations you will receive an automatic refund or be moved to a different performance. If you need to change when you want to attend, we always try to allocate tickets for another performance. This may have to be for a different future show. If you have already booked and decide yourself that you want to change the show you are attending, there will be a 2 euro charge per ticket for this, to cover our administration costs. If you choose to attend a cheaper show, we regret that we do not refund the difference owing to the extra administrative costs incurred. Please email us at [email protected].

Smiley/Endless Second Suitability

Created with Sketch.

Both plays contains some liberal use of the 'F' word in the way young people realistically would speak. In Endless Second there is no nudity. Smiley contains one romcom scene with full nudity. On TV Smiley was classified as suitable for 12+ and we would say that probably as a play 15+ is a good guide line.
