Your tickets were sent to you in the email you received straight after booking and payment. Normally these are in an attachment at the bottom of the email. You can bring these on your phone or print them out.  If you are not sure of your seat numbers, you can ask this when you arrive. You will need to give the name and email address you used when booking. If this does not answer your question please email [email protected] 

In general we are not able to refund tickets. However, if a performance is cancelled owing to a change in government regulations you will receive an automatic refund or be moved to a different performance.This may have to be for a different, future show. If you have already booked and decide yourself that you want to change the show you are attending, please first email us. For technical reasons, related to Eventix, we will then need you to book online for the new date and time. As soon as we see you have re-booked we will refund your original booking. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to reach your bank account. IDeal refunds usually take only 2-3 days.  If you choose to attend a cheaper show, or then book fewer tickets, we regret that we do not refund the difference owing to the extra administrative costs incurred. We regret that we are not able to refund the €1.15/ticket booking fee to Eventix. This is because Eventix does not refund booking fees. Please email us your request to move to a different show to [email protected].

For any performance, for health reasons,  we are not able to guarantee the appearance of a specific performer. 

From 45 mintues before the show starts, the bar will be open in the auditorium. The CC Amstel bar, in the spacious foyer area, is also open in the interval.  Avoid queues and please order your  interval drinks before the show starts. Our Front of House staff will give you an order form. Hand in your form at the bar and pay before you enter the auditorium. Your drinks will be ready and waiting for you at the bar in the interval.

The CC Amstel is fully accessible for wheelchair users. For  those with reduced mobiility, for La Cage aux Folles we recommend you book in Row A or in seats K 1 to 4 or seats L 1 to 4. If you can, please email [email protected] to let us know your requirements so that we can be on hand where necessary and make your visit as pleasant as possible. Wheelchair users will be given great position on Row A.

Matinees at 15:00 and Evening Shows at 20:00.The expected running time of La Cage is approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes with a 20 minute interval. Doors open 45 minutes before curtain up so that you can relax in the bar before the show and pre-order your drinks to avoid the queue at the bar during the interval.

There are lots of drag queens, high heels and feathers but no swearing and no nudity in La Cage Aux Folles. The colourful story makes it a great family show with 8+ a good age guideline.
