For help with booking tickets, or questions about booked tickets, please email customerservice@Qetc.nl Please do not contact the venue as they can't help you. We regret that tickets normally cannot be refunded but we will always assign you tickets for alternative dates/shows where possible. If you have already booked and decide yourself to change which show you attend, an adminstrative charge of 2 euros per ticket will be applied for the change.If you choose to attend a cheaper show, we regret that we do not refund the difference owing to the extra administrative costs incurred. For Cabaret a 10% discount is available for group bookings of 10 or more. In other words the 10th ticket is free! On these direct bookings you also avoid the bookings commission and fee to eventbrite - a total saving of over €60! Please email customerservice@Qetc.nl with the date and time of show, number of tickets, first name, last name, your postcode and mobile number. This option is only available for a limited period.
