Where is the Betty Asfalt Complex?
The Betty Asfalt Complex is situated at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 282 in Amsterdam

The two closest tram stops are Dam (lines 1,2 and 5) and Spui (lines 4,9,14,16,24,25). Parking in the centre of Amsterdam is both difficult and expensive. We recommend you use public transport.

What time does the performance start?
All evening performances start at 20.30. The matinees on Saturday and Sunday start at 15.00. The performance lasts about 2h with one interval.

This performance will be “free seating” - individual seats are not reserved and you choose your seats yourself when you enter the auditorium. The auditorium will be opened about 10 minutes before the start of the performance.

Please note that the performing space at the Betty Asfalt Complex does not allow for late admissions. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Relax and have a drink in the comfortable bar. The bar will also be open for a sociable drink after the performance.

Is it possible to get tickets direct from the Betty Asfalt Complex?
No - QETC is handling all tickets sales so tickets are not available from the Betty Asfalt Complex. If there are any tickets still available they can be bought at the QETC ticket desk at the Betty Asfalt Complex during the 60 minutes before the performance starts

Is it possible to reserve tickets in advance and pay for them on collection?
No - There is no system for advance reservation without payment. You can buy tickets on the QETC website and pay by either IDEAL or PAYPAL. If you are not familiar with online payment by IDEAL and PAYPAL, you might like to read the following:

If there are any tickets still available, they can be bought for cash from the QETC ticket desk at the Betty Asfalt Complex during the 60 minutes before the performance starts.
